The partners have deep operational and investment backgrounds specifically focused on family and founder-owned businesses. Athenaeum’s strategy as a firm is to partner with a single great business to build a sector-defining platform that outlast short-term cycles. We are not a traditional investment firm; as long-term, patient growth investors we do not have predetermined investment periods nor exit timelines. Our partners will join the executive team and be 100% focused on one company.
