Overview

Campus Center for the Environment is a student-run, student-funded environmental advocacy unit of the Associated Students of the University of California, Davis (ASUCD) that promotes student involvement in our campus sustainability efforts. CCE encourages environmental stewardship through workshops, open dialogue, and specific student led projects. We also encourage inter-group collaboration between environmental and sustainability focused student groups and relevant departments on campus. CCE has three sectors, Project Compost, Project Challange, and Project Garden. Project Compost runs and on-the-grounds composting operation at UC Davis. Project Challenge is the education and capaign aspect of CCE and is currenly working on creating a UC Davis Environmental Sustainability Student Coalition. Project Garden manages a plot at the UCD Community Garden and is currently working on Project Orange.
