AspreyBI is the dedicated business intelligence division of independent asset management solutions provider, Asprey Solutions. Originating from a buy-out from the BRE in 2002 our primary aim was to build a comprehensive suite of asset management products and services. We now invest heavily in its continuous improvement. As early adopters of Microsoft’s BI technologies we are keen evangelists of Big Data in housing and asset management. Asprey has built a reputation for delivering innovative Business Intelligence projects. These BI projects look to mine better analytics and information from the asset management data within our own and third party products. Our BI expertise and products informs our customers’ macro-level decision-making, whilst guiding our own product evolution and ensuring they create and manage reliable micro level data for the modern social housing enterprise. Over the past few years our expert team has built: • an automatically updated social housing assets financial forecasting and valuations model, with feeds from various sources to serve asset management and appraisal needs. • a dashboarding and reporting system to enable major works contract management for a large social housing organisation • a comprehensive dashboard system for expert analytics and reporting of all available information on assets that provides a comprehensive front end reporting and analytics overlay for Asprey products and third party systems, combining outputs to provide meaningful analytics. • An organisation wide corporate reporting solution delivering comprehensive analytics dashboards and reports from underlying systems • dashboards that harvest relevant KPI data and reported upon it promptly and robustly • Board & Executive reporting portals, holding dashboards, minutes, papers and specific updates for each meeting with full history
