Founded in 1996, Aspen is a multi-service, multi-state Minority and Woman-Owned Small Business Enterprise ("MWSBE"). Aspen specializes in wetland mitigation, erosion control, hydroseeding, railroad spraying, landfill work, and tree clearing. Aspen is registered to work with over two dozen public agencies across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
