Overview
About us The Asian Law Students' Association (ALSA) is a non-profit and non-political organisation that has the following visions and objectives: ALSA’S VISION 1. To focus a global vision on the promising future of Asia; 2. To promote an awareness of justice; and 3. To facilitate the recognition of the social responsibilities on law students. ALSA’S OBJECTIVES 1. To understand and appreciate the diversity and share the ideals of law in society through exchange and communication among Asian law students; 2. To motivate law students to develop a creative spirit through a network of joint activities among Asian law students; and 3. To encourage the enhancement of the capabilities of Asian Law students so as to become internationally minded, socially responsible, academically committed and legally skilled. Currently, ALSA has an estimated 15000 members across 15 National Chapters; Brunei, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Laos, Singapore, Vietnam and Macau.
