Ascent Systems Technologies (AST) is engaged in research, development and commercializing of advanced clean energy technology solutions. Ascent offers two main technology options: A) Comprehensive technology package for a regenerative building or a district energy network which takes less than half space comparing to a stand-alone solar system. The package provides cost savings on energy and other resources and also significantly reduces the cost of maintenance during the entire life-cycle of the system. B) Autonomous Mobile Energy System (AMES), a self-contained module with clean energy generation and self-charging energy storage integrated in one system. AMES can be used for remote off-grid applications or rapid-response operations. All AST technology has zero carbon footprint and minimal overall environmental impact. At the core of the company's technology are three main innovations: 1) ASTRA modular architecture allowing for scalability, extensibility and evolvability of the integrated system. 2) ASPA proprietary predictive algorithm to determine an optimal configuration of the integrated system components. 3) Adaptive control simultaneously utilizing both model predictive methods with the real-time feedback loop and machine learning techniques.
