Founded by Donald McSorley in 2000 as Art Gallery Gooilust and renamed Gallery McSorley in 2013. Our mission is to offer prospective art buyers and collectors a selected showcase of contemporary art from the established and acclaimed Dutch and international artists we represent. Many of our artists can be found in museums and public spaces around the world. At Gallery McSorley, you will find a wide range of works to suite your tastes - paintings, sculpture, glass art and graphics. To know and appreciate our artists and to see their work, you are cordially invited to visit our gallery for a personal tour, and of course you can browse our complete assortment on this website. Whether you are a first-time art buyer, a seasoned collector or acquiring art for your business or organization, or looking for a unique gift, with our 17 years of experience in European contemporary art we can assist you with personalized consultation for making your acquisition. To make it even easier, we will personally deliver your artwork selection (within the Netherlands) and advise you on its placement or installation. We assist framing, hanging and lighting of artwork. With our expertise and wide arrange of suppliers you can select the frame, pedestal and lighting that appropriately displays your artwork. We provide art appraisal and restoration through art specialists. On a case-by- case basis, we offer an artwork consignment program and finance options.
