Overview
Ark Housing Association is a non-profit making Housing Association providing a range of social housing and support services across Northern Ireland for those in need. Our principle activities include: • Developing new build social housing in response to identified need; • Providing housing management and tenancy support services; • Undertaking response, cyclical and planned maintenance works; • Assisting people to stay in their own homes through home adaptation services; • Providing temporary accommodation and support services to homeless families; • Partnering others in the delivery of specialist housing & support provision. Vision, Mission and Values Our vision is ‘Making a positive difference by empowering people and communities’ and our mission is ‘In partnership, provide quality homes and support services to meet housing need and contribute to the well-being of communities”.
