Arctic Building & Construction AS is a company operating in both the building and the construction market of the northernmost part of Europe. With subsidiaries in Norway, Iceland, Sweden and Poland, Arctic has a flexible business with skilled workers and suppliers from the same region. We work continuously with our vision of becoming the best and preferred subcontractor for both services and deliveries within our defined market area. Our core business today is construction of larger concrete structures such as bridges, culverts and other structures. Mainly we perform civil construction projects as subcontractor for large construction companies where the primary builders in Norway are Bane Nor, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Nye Veier and other builders who set strict requirements for the companies' social responsibility (CSR). Our core market today is Norway and Iceland. We monitor markets and opportunities in Sweden, and have concrete plans and strategies aimed at Ukraine. We want to be prepared and positioned to carry out reconstruction projects in Ukraine within our core activities, when the Russian war hostilities are at a level that makes this possible. Our parent company, Arctic Building & Construction AS, is registered in Norway, and has subsidiaries as follows: • Arctic B&C Norway AS: has employees and project activities in Norway • Arctic B&C Iceland Ehf: has employees and project activities in Iceland • (Arctic B&C Ukraine: strategies and preparations for participating in and executing projects related to reconstruction at the end of the war) • (Arctic B&C Sweden: The market is monitored) • Arctic B&C Poland Sp. z o.o.: consists of staff who perform services for the above sister companies. Services include recruitment, purchasing, internal administration. Recruited persons are employed by the companies in the respective countries for the execution of work in projects.
