ARCADIA aims to create a network of professionals, policy makers, scholars and practitioners with expertise in development and international cooperation as well as strengthen Romania’s relations with various parts of the world. ARCADIA’s mission is focused on the following objectives: • To bring a genuine contribution to the shaping of an informed and internationally connected Romanian external policy, civil society and citizens. • To contribute to increasing Romania’s presence in the international arena and to enhance Romania’s role within the field of international cooperation and development. • To enable knowledge transfer, production, use, and dissemination in the fields of development and international cooperation.
