منظمة عربية دولية، تتكون من مدراء الاتصال لمختلف الجهات و المنظمات الحكومية و الدبلومسية في الوطن العربي. مقرها الدائم بتونس، الجمهورية التونسية. An international Arab organization, gathering communication directors of various governmental and diplomatic agencies and organizations in the Arab region. Its permanent headquarters is in Tunis, the Republic of Tunisia.
