HD Bank has reached (100 ) branches widespread between the lower and upper Egypt depending on the belief of the necessity to make it easier and faster for the clients . تأسس بنك التعمير والاسكان عام 1979 (شركة مساهمة مصرية) وذلك لتوفير وتمويل وحدات سكنية تناسب إحتياجات شريحة كبرى من المواطنين الشباب ومحدودي الدخل وكذلك لتضييق الفجوة بين العرض والطلب في السوق العقاري كمهمة رئيسية للبنك في ذلك الوقت بالإضافة إلى قيادة قاطرة تنمية المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة وضخ وإدارة الاستثمارات الضخمة في التوسع بالمنتجعات السياحية بالساحل الشمالي. منذ عام 2003 خطا بنك التعمير والاسكان نحو عصر جديد راعياً خطته الاستراتيجية هادفاً ان يكون من ضمن أفضل خمس بنوك في مصر، ليصبح بنك تجاري شامل يتميز بـشكل أساسي في سوق العقارات. تصل عدد فروع بنك التعمير والإسكان 100 فرعاً في مختلف ربوع مصر من الدلتا وحتى الصعيد لتقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائه وفقا لأحدث ما وصلت اليه التكنولوجيا المصرفية.
