Our main task is to optimize accounting processes through invoice verification and data entry into accounting system. We keep high standards of AP processes according to the rules adapted by our partner. Our job accelerates detecting invoice duplicates, GL coding, posting AP invoices and credit notes. We are also keen on PO matching and resolving invoice discrepancies. Moreover, we are likely to contact your customers and suppliers in order to clarify all the discrepancies in invoices.
