Applewood Equity Ventures is the product of a partnership between two Midwestern‐raised, highly motivated business professionals that are eager to acquire and operate a small-to-medium size business for long‐term ownership. Unlike passive investors, this transaction will represent a career change for us as our aim is to relocate and operate the business on a full-time basis. Through a combined ten years of experience in investment banking and private equity, we have worked with countless CEOs and management teams to develop detailed business strategies, perform customer / product analyses, and dissect the operations and financials of companies in a variety of industries. We believe this unique experience, as well as our deep network of experts, operators, and investors has positioned us to drive dramatic growth for a small business. Applewood Equity is searching in a variety of industries and seeking opportunities with approximately $500k - 1M in annual EBITDA / cash flow.
