Overview

APPC is a non-profit Business Association, created in January 1975, which represents the Engineering, Architecture, Environment, Economics and Management Studies and Projects Sector. APPC currently has about 140 member companies, headquartered in mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and Azores, with a registered company turnover of about 370 million euros. APPC is a full member and Portugal's only representative in the sector's international federations, such as: - EFCA - European Federation of Engineering Consultants Associations - FEACO - European Federation of Management Consultants Associations - FEPAC - Pan-American Federation of Consultants - FIDIC - International Federation of Consulting Engineers. Its main objectives are to unite, represent, express and defend the business interests of Engineering, Architecture, Environment, Economy and Management Consultants and related activities, certifying the ethical and technical guarantees inherent in membership. We also aim to foster the improvement of the business environment, technical and scientific advancement, the quality and the development of the services offered, to the benefit of the country, clients and the community in general, with respect for the necessary economic vitality of the Portuguese activities represented.
