Overview

Launched in 2005, the APEB is a non profit professional association dedicated to the patent field. Our practicioners are patent lawyers, in-house patent attorneys and independant patent attorneys. Our purpose is to train our members and to share our knowledge. Our interactive website is our forum. We defend our practice in Europe and advise European institutions in charge of patent regulations. We do the same locally. Most of our members are located in Europe, but some are not. The major inventive public companies having business in Europe are represented and active in our commissions. The language is for the time being French, which is one of the three official languages at the European Patent Office.
