Overview

Analytics at Wharton (AAW) unites the School’s trail-blazing teaching, research, and industry engagement initiatives that use data and analytics to improve decision-making and generate actionable insights. Made possible by an anonymous $15 million gift, AAW seeks to accelerate Wharton’s innovations that apply sophisticated analytical tools, generated by the data and technology revolution, to solve business and societal challenges. Led by Eric T. Bradlow, Vice Dean of Analytics, the K.P Chao Professor and Professor of Marketing, Economics, Education, and Statistics, chair of Wharton’s Marketing Department, AAW brings together seven programs at the University of Pennsylvania – AI at Wharton, Computational Social Science, Penn Wharton Budget Model, People Analytics, Wharton Neuroscience, Wharton Research Data Services, and Wharton Sports Analytics and Business Initiative.
