We have demonstrated success with dozens of career coaching and executive coaching clients, at all stages in their careers. We are especially interested in working with people who are seeking purpose in their careers. We find this is the one area that most people have no idea about. What resources do we provide? We provide career resources and information, downloadable tools, templates, and guides, individual and group coaching sessions, and career planning workshops and courses. Ampla Institute was founded by Clayton Frech, a successful corporate executive with an MBA from UCLA. Prior to starting Ampla, Mr. Frech managed $100M operations in a number of industries, served in the Federal Government twice (White House Office of Policy Development and U.S. EPA), and started a high-growth, high-impact non-profit organization, Angel City Sports, that was inspired by his son (@TeamEzra05). After 30+ years hiring, training, and developing leaders, Mr. Frech has keen insights into the corporate, academic, non-profit, and government worlds. His functional expertise lies in strategy, operations, organizational development, crisis management, and operational turnarounds.
