Securities Market Act and guidelines approved by the Board of Directors of the Exchange, has defined the field of investment consulting companies include a range of services such as : Preparation of feasibility project, business planning, investment consulting, financial advisory, valuation and pricing, offer advice, counseling and adoption portfolio.
