AMRO is looking for a second Medical Review Officer to add to our dedicated team. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. - must work in-office, position is not telecommutable. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: -Review and process negative and non-negative test results -Conduct medical interviews of donors -Discuss test results, policies, and procedures with employers -Provide management oversight of staff to ensure compliance with program requirements Requirements: -Professional degree (M.D. or D.O.) required -State medical license required -Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license required -Medical Review Officer training/certification required (willing to train the right applicant) -Substance abuse training required Medical malpractice insurance required Employer pays 100% of health+dental+vision coverage as well as other benefits.
