Public and corporate programs that focus on capacity building, cultivating self-leadership for emerging leaders (whether in corporate or SME) that challenges the status quo, purposeful living and sustainable holistic well-being. *The Ambitious & Unconventional Program Series for Individuals (Levels 1 - 3) - Transformational development journeys specifically designed for ambitious, driven women wanting to achieve professional success and future leadership without losing themselves or compromising our authenticity. The A&U program series are 12-week online group journeys that combine deeply supported self-enquiry, embodiment practices, breath work, group coaching and 1:1 support. *Rest & Rest Series - The Rest & Reset session series are short 1-hour & 90-min sessions to pause for breath and reflect during the working day. Focusing on well-being for the mind and body, the Rest & Reset series sessions are experiential and practical, supporting managers and teams to journey from stress and overwhelm to feeling calmer, more spacious and personally well-resourced. The sessions combine self-awareness building and practical tools to help you rest & reset and energise & focus in your everyday. *Team Off-sites - I work with teams and groups to build capacity, develop greater connection, trust and well-being, have courageous conversations and move from ‘meh’-ness to flow, using team-based coaching methodologies, systemic coaching approaches and MBTI®. *Monthly Movement sessions (MOVE with ME) - The MWM movement practice sessions support you to connect with your energy and presence, process present emotions, smooth your nervous system, and access your body wisdom. The monthly MWM sessions are a blend of embodiment practices, guided movement, Non-Linear Movement Method®, meditation and relaxation. They are open to all and are offered monthly.
