About what we did in Brazil: We prepared beginner professionals and experienced leaders in the area of social impact to create more and better impact throughout their careers. How? Through new education and training models that help professionals develop practical skills, strategic networks and experiences for professional success and, of course, more positive impact. There were nine 9 Social Innovation Management Program (SIM), countless consultancies for foundations, organizations and companies and of course, 17 Social Impact Training (FIS) classes, a community that became better known as "Fiz a FIS". These people who went through an Amani program here in Brazil are today a community of professionals who create and multiply excellent and efficient work. Both in positions in companies (small, medium and large), in institutes or foundations and, of course, in cutting-edge social organizations. We went from the outskirts of São Paulo, the city where we started our activities in 2015, to the capital of Acre, Rio Branco. We were present in all states of Brazil. Achieve what only a quality online work can achieve. We thank all the people and organizations that accompanied us on this journey of almost nine years in Latin America, with a home in Brazil.
