Ama pét-nat tea is a fine-aged kombucha. A premium tea-based, fermented beverage for the modern drinker.Brewed with passion in the Basque country using local spring water, rare teas and herbals from around the world. A Quest for Flavour Today’s modern drinker expects to be dazzled with surprising alternatives. They want an adventurous, premium product that is just as seductive as any other fine-dining beverage pairing: for an aperitif that wakes up the taste buds and makes a cocktail sing. We are a team of fine dining chefs, artisan wine makers, envelope-pushing scientists and detail obsessed craftsmen who believe our premium kombucha can deliver on all these counts. After years of experimenting, testing and tasting in search of complexity and serious drinking satisfaction, our new kombucha is born. An expression of deep-rooted Basqueness, boldly flavoured and fizzing with complexity, this is the next generation of truly sophisticated, spontaneously fermented, low-alcohol beverages: perfect on its own, or in a cocktail, even better when used to enhance and elevate the experience of food. “We believe the future of drink pairings in restaurants will challenge the status quo.
