Since 1990, Alumni has supported and advised a range of progressive and established organisations in finding and developing the highly skilled competence they need in this increasingly competitive world. We assess people for key positions and fine-tune executive teams. Through identifying and developing sustainable leaders, key competence and skills, we pave the way for our clients’ success. Alumni adds a fully rounded perspective to leadership development, executive search and talent management. In 2020 we consolidated our four associate companies Alumni, PAT Management, Impact Executives and Harvey Nash under the Alumni brand. In 2021 Harvey Nash Executive Search also became part of Alumni. Leveraging our collective rich heritage we can better utilise our wide-ranging expertise, to benefit clients seeking to grow or develop their organisation. Since 2022 Alumni is owned by a group of private investors, all with operational roles in the company.
