KET is a non-profit organization that accelerates the new protein industry through unique in-person and digital events. Our flagship event, The Alternative Protein Show, brings together all players in the new protein industry: - CPG manufacturers focusing on plants, algae, fungi, fermentation and cellular agriculture ; - Ingredient suppliers of fragrances, flavors, fillers, shelf-life extenders, etc; - Technology & processing partners - Incubators, accelerators - Nonprofits - Academia - Venture Capital companies investing in this new industry - Corporate venture partners (the venture arm of a larger entity)
