Altima Caviar sources the highest quality caviar from the world’s most exclusive and sustainable farms. Our Farms raise their sturgeon in controlled, clean, and secure environments. They are overseen by internationally-acclaimed biologists to assure sustainable conditions, individual quality and compliance to all international regulations. Each fish is always raised in conditions that closely match their natural habitat. This, as well as an abundance of clean, flowing, and oxygen-rich water allows our farms to maintain the highest product quality without using antibiotics, growth hormones, GMO’s, or preservatives. Every tin of Altima caviar is produced from one single fish which ensures our clients will experience consistency regardless of their order size.
