Since the year of our foundation, we have recognized the problems of our foreign clients who import goods from Turkish market / manufacturers. Main topics of these problems are as follows; • Shortage of bilingual staff who are experts in their expertise. • Lack of information about the convenience of the order and its’ quality. • Problems faced during the loading / transportation of the ordered goods, failures in delivery scheduling and quality. • Improper preparation of the export documents and difficulties in document correction. • Lack of follow up capability of the customs operations in Turkey To solve above problems and establish a bridge between our foreign clients and Turkish manufacturers, we as Altan Ltd. Co, constituted our Foreign Trade Department with a highly experienced team.
