We frame big picture missions and build working exemplars to demonstrate demand and openings for new systems to grow. We believe that transformation happens when big social ideas are given practical form. We work with far-sighted collaborators to invest in up-front innovation that focuses talent and action on what really matters, puts new principles into practice, and uses that to form the basis of new systems. Over the last 10 years we have applied this approach to economic inequality, public services and work, amongst other challenges large and small. At the core of our work is ALT/Now – an innovation programme that brings leaders, innovator and entrepreneurs together to develop working ventures that demonstrate new systems.
