Overview

We wish to introduce ourselves as leading manufacturers and suppliers of 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC HCL / EDAC. HCL) is being used for the synthesis of amides. EDC.HCL is also used as a coupling agent in the preparation of esters from carboxylic acids using dimethylaminopyridine as the catalyst. It is water-soluble carbodiimide, widely used for peptide coupling. Our Product & Its Application- 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC HCL) replaced N.N-Dicyclohexlcarbodiimide(DCC) in solution-phase peptide synthesis because its urea is highly soluble in aqueous solution and so is easily removable by an aqueous work up. Additionally, EDC can also be used to activate phosphate groups in order to form phosphomono-esters and phosphodiesters. Common uses for this carbodiimide include peptide synthesis, protein crosslinking tp nucleic acids, but also in the preparation of immunoconjugates. EDC is often used in combination with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) for the immobilization of large biomolecules. As well as being used for the synthesis of animals, 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC HCL) is also used as a coupling agent in the preperation of ester from carboxylic acid using dimethylaminopyridine as catalyst. Combination of 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC HCL) and potassium salt of oximes are new and unique coupling cocktails that could be used in particular for the formation of hundred peptide such as Aibenkenphatime pentapeptide. Used in the manufacturing process to ritonavir an Anti HIV/AIDS drug.
