We engage in the full value chain of the investment cycle and work in partnership with our clients, investing opportunistically across the capital structure. An emphasis is placed on Special Situations, Debt Restructuring and Activist trades in the European small to mid-cap space. A flexible approach enables us to not only participate tactically, but also to evolve across cycles - acting as a catalyst when access to capital is challenging and opportunities are ubiquitous. Our client base consists primarily of family offices and financial institutions.
