Overview

AllStarTeams (AST) is a talent management toolset consisting of a proprietary platform, software, self-assessment, whiteboard templates, and facilitated methodology. AST transforms any whiteboard into a practice space where individuals and teams learn to play to their strengths, synchronously and asynchronously. Results include enhanced self-awareness, psychological safety, trust, wellbeing, and collaboration. Team members are better able to address challenges and achieve goals. The resource scales organically with use and provides organizations with a unique strengths-based, interactive talent map - all on a whiteboard. Training is also straightforward.
