Overview

Alex Pirouz is a speaker, judge, and panelist. His entrepreneurial journey started at the age of 13 when he got involved in a school fundraiser selling chocolate door to door to raise money for charity. After quitting school halfway through year 11, he went on to launch businesses in the property, health, publishing, and advertising sector with little to no real success. Hitting rock bottom at the age of 26 with less than $1500 to his name, he somehow found the courage to give it one last roll of the dice, partnering with a friend to launch a door to door sales company in Wollongong. Over the space of 14 months, together they managed to scale that business into a multi-million dollar company employing over 45 staff. After a successful exit, he went on to sell another, this time in the automotive industry before moving back to Sydney to start his speaking and advisory career. As someone who has both failed and succeeded, his in a unique position to offer a different perspective of what it takes to win at the game of business. In his talks he covers topics such as entrepreneurship, resilience, leadership, developing high performing teams and how to build sales and marketing engines that fuel business growth at rapid scale. Having recently exited his third business linkfluencer, today Alex spends most of his time running his latest venture Windsor Advisers along with travelling the world speaking and judging at conferences.
