Albatross Reisen GmbH, based in Ochsenfurt, Germany, operates and rents out mobile homes, tents and holiday homes. It owns three subsidiaries in Croatia, Italy and Spain. Together they operate 850 units on 41 campsites in Germany, Austria, Croatia, Italy and Spain. Albatross also rents out mobile homes and tents from selected partners. The distribution takes place via an own travel brochure and the Albatross websites, as well as selected travel agencies and tour operators in Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Croatia. Albatross Reisen GmbH has been owned by the Knaus family since 1972.
