Overview

akire productions is an event production company that creates, designs and produces live, virtual and hybrid event experiences. Our team works on events of all sizes, from large-scale corporate events to non-profit galas, film screenings, multi-day conferences and everything in between. We work tirelessly to deliver solid results for our clients on every project. We don’t want to give away our age, but we’ve been in the events industry a long time. Our team is well-versed in event management best practices, as well as the latest trends in show production, event technology, entertainment, multimedia content, event design, and sponsorship strategy for fundraising & marketing. With events, you want someone who's seen it all. We’ve been there, we’ve done that! We've worked on events across the country and around the world. We know what works (and what doesn’t). We bring a fresh approach to each and every client, to each and every event we produce. We understand the virtual world, working in this space long before Covid hit and it became the buzz word. Whether your audience is at home, at the office, or in-person, we know what it takes to produce top-notch meetings, conferences & live events: the constantly-moving targets, the ever-changing schedules, the various personalities, and the exacting expectations from all constituencies involved. No two events are ever the same yet the consistent themes of flexibility, efficiency, teamwork and professionalism are always present. Another fun fact: akire is Erika spelled backwards!
