AKH Inc., Advancing Knowledge in Healthcare is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. AKH is also a national provider of accredited continuing education through the AANP. In 2022, AKH accredited over 11,000 CE activities, which impacted more than 95,000 learners. As an independent provider of accredited continuing education for health care professionals, it is the mission of AKH Inc. to provide comprehensive and innovative continuing educational activities in support of efforts by individuals, health care facilities, and professional organizations/societies. AKH promotes self-sufficiency for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals utilizing a variety of educational methods providing evidence-based, current, and practical information on topics designed to bridge knowledge and performance gaps.
