Overview
Ajinomoto is a strong, historical, and global Japanese foods group, leader in its sector. The group was founded in Tokyo in 1909. It has historically developed in seasonings, and today has a wide range of activities, including frozen specialties. The Ajinomoto brand is a reference in Japan and is particularly known for its frozen gyozas. In Europe, Ajinomoto is pursuing its development in the manufacture and distribution of sweet and savoury frozen specialties for BtoB and BtoC customers. Our headquarters are based in Paris. We have two production sites in France, one located in Castelsarrasin, in the Tarn-et-Garonne department, expert in the production of high-quality frozen macarons, and the other in Neubourg, in the Eure department, historical expert of puff pastry and now also producer of frozen Japanese specialties. We also have commercial relays in several European countries. Our teams are dynamic, passionate, and also multicultural.
