AIESEC is a global, youth-led not-for-profit organization, active in thousands of universities in 120+ countries/territories. Our primary goal is to develop young people through valuable international internships and volunteer programs. Businesses who work with us to create these internships are offered a cost-effective turnkey solution to increase their competitiveness and provide university students with the platform to cultivate a global perspective and youth leadership development. Present in 25+ universities in Canada, we enable companies to access a global talent pool of more than 20,000 young leaders.
