A youth movement, a branch of AIESEC International, based in Montenegro which aims to empower and develop the youth into potential leaders through the means of international exchanges, whether it be through volunteering or work exchange. By implementing the values it stands for, the organisation has done so for over 70 years and the products it offers have been recognised worldwide.
