Overview

Agri.Cycle evolved in 2004 to deal with the introduction of EU environmental legislation for recycling for farmers. Our first recycling took place at the site in 2006. We initially only recycled farm plastics waste. We introduced spent shotgun recycling in 2009. Initially with a 400 million capacity, now there is capacity for 1.2 billion (only 230 million shot per year in UK, we have 170 million/yr) We were awarded a Royal Warrant in 2013. The Royal Warrant was re-awarded in January 2017. We opened sites in Scotland as their waste regulations were tightening up. Scotland is a joint venture with an established compost company. We have a number of franchises based throughout the UK. We recycle farm plastic waste – spray cans (triple rinsed), fertiliser and seed bags, silage wrap, string and cardboard. We recycle spent shotgun cartridges, tree guards, end of life wheelie bins from the councils and many other products.
