We can accurately and reliably advise clients on construction cost and property investment with great LOCAL knowledge in various countries on the African continent. AGORA’s head office is situated in Pretoria and was founded by Oostewald van Niekerk and Frederich van Niekerk. AGORA has strengthened its top structure within the company and broadened its horizons by introducing Nobuhle Makwakwa as an executive director, improving even more on its competitive edge and diverse approach across Africa in the construction and development industry. We optimise time, value, and cost on any construction project by using financial systems and our quantity surveying expertise, developing feasibility studies and budgets, financial forecasting through cash flows, bills of quantities—used for tenders and as a baseline contract measuring tool, cost reports, monthly valuations, cost comparisons, and final accounts.
