Agamus Consult was founded in 1994 and is based in Munich and Berlin. In accordance with its name Agamus which is Latin for “let’s act!”, the company has dedicated itself to the ideas of operational excellence. Therefore, Agamus is active in the consulting areas Lean, Supply Chain, Product-Life-Cycle as well as Maintenance Management. Our mission is to lead customers to a high level of excellence. Agamus accompanies both medium-sized and large companies in the branches automotive, mechanical & metalworking, electronics/optics, medical technology, aerospace, luxury goods and process industries on their way to Operational Excellence. For over 20 years we have been supporting our customers in improving their supply chains and finding their way to success in “excellence in lean” by applying our extensive experience in production, administration, value chain and development. In order to meet our customers’ individual needs, we work on the long-term strategies and concepts together. Over fivteen years ago, in collaboration with the magazine AUTOMOBIL PRODUKTION, Agamus has founded the very successful initiative “Automotive Lean Production – Award & Study”. The initiative is based on the practical knowledge gained from over 800 successful Agamus projects and being further developed according to the annual “Lessons Learned” process. We carefully manage the knowledge gained this way and distribute it systematically to our consultants as well as to our customers across industries. Agamus operates at the heart of the German and European industry and is frequently confronted with the industry 4.0 in practice.
