Who are Africa’s next generation of leaders and when will they have their turn? Over the past decade, hundreds of youth leadership-focused educational programs have been established globally, with the mission of transforming the African continent by creating a pipeline to leadership for African youth. This is a research project to understand the leadership experiences of African youth, and the educational contexts of African youth leadership development.
