Overview

AfricAcademy is an Impact Driven organization that exists for the sole purpose of supporting the transformation of consciousness, interest, teaching and learning of science and mathematics, in Africa. We aim to contribute to the building of a continental movement for creating a critical mass of competent AfriCan professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in all sectors, who work and compete well in the dynamic global green economy of the 4th Industrial Revolution. We believe that the young people is Africa’s premier asset, and that it can only be put to beneficial use through high caliber education and training in the most modern science and engineering. Therefore, Arusha Science has state-of-the-art teaching laboratories. Furthermore, in order to advance competence learning and entrepreneurship in STEM, the school provides facilities and resources through hand-on training in the “Science-In-To-Use” department.
