Africa In Motion (AIM) strives to accelerate the sustainable social economic development of Africa. As Africa does not have an intensive linear industry (based on fossil fuels), there are tremendous opportunities to support a circulair economy in Africa. An economy from which everybody benefits and which brings solutions to the current challenges Africa is facing right now, like unemployment, food insecurity, lack of efficient infrastructure and environmental problems. The knowledge and expertise on realizing this circulair economy is worldwide available, but the bridge between solutions and challenges has not been made efficiently. Africa In Motion actively searches for these solutions in the Netherlands and connects them to the challenges we know are faced by government, companies and knowledge institutions in Africa. To contribute to a more sustainable world for everybody, we make sure all of our activities are focused on realizing a circulair and inclusive economy in Africa.
