Afamia Financial is an operationally-focused private investment firm that sponsors buyouts of small and middle-market companies in the engineering, food & beverage, gaming & hospitality, manufacturing, and transportation & logistics industries. We specialize in highly complex situations and founder-owned/operated businesses, to which we provide creative structuring and customized capital solutions. Afamia Financial partners with management teams and owners to support and invest in healthy/growing companies, as well as those which may require financial/operational restructuring due to difficult industry trends or deteriorating financial performance. We create value by focusing on our preferred industries and working closely with our operating advisors to gain a deeper understanding of industry trends, areas of sales growth and margin enhancement, and strong management additions to help execute the strategic vision for the business. $30 million minimum revenue size and $3 million to $8 million target EBITDA range (will consider smaller opportunities for add-ons).
