Expeditionary Civilians provide flexibility to Commanders and provide support and expertise in skills not readily available in the Uniformed Service. To that end, the Army Expeditionary Civilian Workforce is responsible for the training, mobilization, demobilization and reintegration of Expeditionary Civilians in support of global contingency operations.
