Advance Paints was established in 1945 in Mumbai. It commences operations with manufacture of General Purpose Paints and Synthetic Enamels. Subsequently it focused on High Performance Coatings for the Industrial segment. Its key focus has been the Transportation Industry (specifically the Indian Railways) and the Marine segment (specifically the Indian Navy).
