For over 45 ACSL has been a family owned and run business. We are now under new ownership but the MD carries on from the founding Family. We specialises in CNC turning and milling in a variety of materials, including brass, stainless, aluminium, mild steel and a whole range of exotic materials. Our range of fixed head lathes (Victor / Hardinge) and sliding head lathes (Citizen / Star) allow us to offer competitive prices on a range of batch sizes and component requirements. Our turning capacity is from 1.5mm through to 250mm. In addition, our machining centres (Brother / Fadal / Victor) give us the capability of 3, 4 and 5 axis machining. We have particular experience in the medical fields of prosthetics, anaesthesia, breathing circuits and medical gas fittings along with vast experience on a range of hydraulic couplings and connectors. We have also made press tools and all manner of milled components. We offer one-stop-shopping from material sourcing through to almost any finish required, supplied in a range of deliveries from simple one drop through call-off and Kanban if requested. We are also happy to work with our customers all the way through from prototype and development through to production components.
