I founded Advance: The Disability Consultants an Autism and Neurodiversity consultancy and training business in 2019 in response to my own personal and professional experiences of having Autism and Dyspraxia. To date we have worked with Shell, Sage, Serco, Clifford Chance, DNV GL, Informatica, Japan Tobacco International, TUV SUD, Gallagher and Globant. In the process we have trained employees across five different continents on the importance of ensuring that Neurodivergent people have access to equal opportunities in the modern workplace. We want organisations to create safe spaces where Neurodivergent people can actively thrive and flourish in workplaces that support, develop and encourage them to bring their authentic selves to work in psychologically safe and Neurodiversity friendly working environments. We offer Neurodiversity, Autism and Dyspraxia Lunch & Learn Workshops designed to kickstart the conversation around Neurodiversity in your organisation. We also offer organisations Neurodiversity HR & Recruitment for your HR and Recruitment employees on the importance of ensuring that your employee lifecycle processes are Neuroinclusive. We can also your organisation Neurodiversity Leadership and Management Workshops to help support Line Managers and C-Suite Leaders who are supporting and managing Neurodivergent talent in your organisation as well as consultancy and partnership support to help your organisation on your journey to becoming a Neurodiversity Confident Employer. We also offer organisations the opportunity to be a part of our Neurodiversity Ambassador Programme where employees in their organisation can be trained to become Neurodiversity Ambassadors who can help train and educate their teams and the wider organisation on the importance of Neurodiversity in the workplace.
