As a Portuguese Health Organization, situated in the northern part of Portugal, it is our purpose to administer all Health Care Services located in this region, based on our National Health Policy. Recently, the Northern Region Health Administration has defined as one of its strategical goals, improving Communication. One of the key issues will be the role of Communication in health organizations and systems, in a context of organizational change and reform.
